Materials: Cardstock, colored paper, clay, marker pens

Step 1: Cut Paper Strips

Cut different colored paper into long strips. These will be the octopus’s tentacles.

Step 2: Attach the Octopus’s Head

Stick the pink, cloud-shaped cardstock (the octopus’s head) onto the light blue circular background, placing it on top of the paper strips.

Step 3: Curl the Strips & Draw the Face

· Curl the ends of the colored paper strips with a pencil or your fingers to make the tentacles look lively.

· Use googly eyes or white paper + a black marker to make the eyes, then draw a smiling mouth and red blush dots with a marker.

Step 4: Enrich the Picture

Add small blue clay dots around the octopus to look like bubbles in the ocean, making the whole artwork more vivid.
